I can’t recommend Wayne, Thea and the team at Estate Liquidators highly enough. I’m not sure my husband and I could have executed the move out of our house of 21 years without their expertise and amazing hard work! We were overwhelmed with gratitude for the support they provided and how smoothly it went.
They helped with the pricing of everything from furniture and appliances to jewelry and knick-knacks. Such a relief. Thea was wonderful leading up to the sale making sure we didn’t have any questions and I can’t thank her enough for how well she communicated during the sale itself as well as checking in once it was over to make sure we were satisfied.
Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about what to do with the contents of a house that aren’t coming to the next location and my husband and I weren’t interested in online selling or dealing with a garage sale of the magnitude to empty a house. Although we were downsizing to a new home, the complex issue of what to do with what we weren’t taking with us seemed overwhelming. When Wayne showed up to explain how the sale would play out I felt the burden immediately lift. I still can’t believe how seamless it was.
It was the smartest decision we made, and I will highly recommend them to anyone contemplating a move.
