This 2-day sale is unbelievably eclectic as our clients are very diverse and travelled the world acquiring unique items plus many purchased for business opportunities. They converted a dormant grow op in the basement to a lavender operation and all the related gear is being liquidated at this sale.

The fun begins with a huge party tent full of outdoor furniture and gym equipment. More outdoors is more patio furniture, propane fire table, plants & a portable hot tub. The garage and basement are full of high-end woodworking and mechanical tools while the living space is filled with exotic and modern leather furniture throughout. There are closets full of designer clothing, a massage table and tattoo equipment plus two hand-made Canadian professional guitars and stereo equipment. Collectibles include a coin collection, edged pieces from the Middle East and oriental decorations. Several original art originals that are spectacularly unique in subject material. One of the highlights is a professionally tanned Bison hide from Northern Alberta. Sports equipment includes a rubber boat and all the fitness equipment you need.

*Parking note: please don’t drive into the house area, as there is no place to turn around. Park on the roadway allowance and walk in, there are two houses on the property and the one that is hosting the sale is the upper unit.
