This 2-day sale is home to a machinist and boatbuider, so the basement is an actual machine shop filled with welding equipment, metal working, construction and automotive tools. Also available is a 1985 Cadillac Fleetwood that may have been restored given more time or can be used for parts. Elsewhere is a collection of fishing gear, antique radios, Victorian armour, brass cannons, ship model, vintage furniture, and the green house is full of pots and garden accessories. Construction items include scaffolding, hardwood for boatbuilding, cold-rolled steel, electrical wire and a pile of plywood.
