  1. Staff will be on site to oversee this event
  2. Park on the road outside the gates unless you are picking something up & please be considerate of the neighbours
  3. Hours are set in stone, no exceptions 
  4. Scrap dealers welcome

WHAT’S FREE FOR THE TAKING?

  • ALL dimensional lumber & plywood that’s on the property, dog house & garden items, except firewood
  • ALL shop supplies, motor oil, fluids that are on the property or in the outbuildings
  • ALL scrap metal, actual tons of it
  • ALL car parts, tires, lawn mowers & the like
  • ALL furniture that is left in the bunkhouse or in the house

WHAT YOU CAN’T TAKE!

  • Steel I-beam engine hoist system over the motor pit
  • Anything related to the solar system, batteries, etc.
  • Backup power plant in the back of the shop
  • 318 dodge driven 3-phase generator in the first garage bay
  • Resin tables where parts & tools were used for display during the sale
