This 3-day sale will be all about liquidating all the Grand Tree Turf Farm equipment, implements, shop supplies, barn full of mechanical tools, vehicles and all the estate general assets. Equipment being sold includes (3) tractors, a Palfinger forklift, sod cutters, professional lawnmowers, industrial lawn water sprinkler systems, a barn full of tools, shop supplies galore, a professional grass sweeper, all the farming implements and every other piece of equipment that you would require to operate a turnkey farm operation.
The work benches are stacked with mechanical tools and shop supplies and every nook and cranny of the 3500 sq/ft barn contains a wealth of mechanical treasure. One of the vehicles featured is a 1981 AMC Concord that was parked and is ready for a refresh. The 1991 Chevy pickup is a very nice vehicle and runs very well as one of the main farm vehicles. In addition the house contains a good selection of household items, vintage dining/bedroom furniture, vintage stereo console, cd/dev players, speakers, TVs, a great selection of leather coats and quality men’s clothing plus a Robert Woods painting.
Parking is good! Drive down the long driveway until you come to the open areas next to the barn and house.
