This 2-day sale features the most elegant of Victorian craftsmanship in several period pieces of Barley Twist Oak, from the dining table to the plant stand, mirrors, highboy, sideboard, coffee table and parlour chair. Every antique was hand-selected to furnish this 3-level condo decades ago and some of it was refinished by Hartmann. The furnishings in this place are super impressive with antique and vintage Belgian lamps and tapestries, Jordan wool carpets, silver-plated coffee service, several sets of highly collectable England bone china and Delf Blue coffee pots and teapots. Other goodies are a linen closet full of beautiful tablecloths, a cabinet full of organ sheet music, four beds with bedding and high end cookware.

PARKING INSTRUCTIONS: The strata association has endorsed this waterfront condo sale, but parking is limited, so we need to be more considerate with this. Please park on Maple Bay Road but be careful not to block the bike lane. The parking inside the strata is reserved for picking up. This lake front condo is the last one in the complex, an easy walk.
